AC Milan contrata a campeón mundial sub-20 ghanés Adiyiah

MILAN (Reuters) - El AC Milan contrató al delantero ghanés Dominic Adiyiah, quien acaba de ser campeón mundial sub-20 con su selección nacional y procede del Fredrikstad de Noruega, dijo el sábado el técnico del club de la Serie A italiana de fútbol, el brasileño Leonardo.

Adiyiah atrajo la atención del AC Milan al ayudar a Ghana a obtener el título en el Mundial sub-20 el mes pasado en Egipto, donde además fue premiado como el goleador -con ocho tantos- y mejor del certamen.

"Tener al mejor jugador del Mundial sub-20 es algo genial. Estoy contento con esta incorporación y creó que él (Adiyiah) lo hará bien", declaró Leonardo en una conferencia de prensa.

"Es joven. Es una compra para el futuro", agregó.

El contrato de Adiyiah con el club "rossonero" entrará en vigencia cuando se abra la ventana de transferencias en enero.
